Some of our favorite weddings to shoot are destination weddings. Our clients choose great vendors and planners, and trust them to handle the details so they can breathe and enjoy their big day. Jean & Jordan did just that. These two doctors traveled in from the East coast, brought a bunch of their family and friends with them, and had a party. Our experience with doctors is they can sometimes have a hard time letting go and relaxing. When we walked in to Jean’s room that morning there was a medical study book on the floor flipped open to page 142, and I wasn’t sure how it was all going to play out. But, Jean was surrounded by wonderful women, and they got her a big Starbucks, and the book shut and the smiles came out, and they were a blast to hang out with. Jordan was super easy going, and couldn’t wait to see his bride. He came to the getting ready room all dressed and ready to go, and as soon as we could we got these two together for their first look. When Jordan turned around to see Jean you could see the anxiety from the anticipation that had built up just vanish, and the two lit up. They were so pleasant, happy, in love, and it was truly an honor to be a part of their day.
